Error Occurred while executing the Asset History report for the company code 0030
User trying to run the fixed Asset report in SAP for period 12 but transaction S_ALR_87011990 is stating “Fiscal year change not yet made for company code 0030”. User already ran the transaction AJRW .

Analysis and Recommendations

The fiscal year for 2011 is not closed to open the fiscal year 2012. Depreciation run need to be completed before we close the period. Verified in the system for the depreciation run,and it had completed depreciation run for year 2011 on 01/01/2012. Need to run AJAB to close the fiscal year 2011 and check the transaction code OAAQ to see the closed year 2011 like in the below screenshot. Now business can run AJRW to open the new year 2012.

Execute the report with the Company code 0030 and run the report for the last day of the open period for fiscal year 2012 . This year only period 1 is open.
